Louise Ryland-Epton

Louise has recently been awarded her doctorate by the Open University. Her research focuses on welfare legislation in a later Georgian context and encompasses developments in local government and the interplay between the national and local state. Since gaining an MA from the OU in 2016 she has published several articles and contributed to a forthcoming VCH volume in Gloucestershire, where she lives.
