John d’Arcy

John d’Arcy was Archivist, and later Principal Archivist at the Wiltshire Record Office from 1974 and in retirement is the archivist to the Fonthill and Mells estates. He was Secretary of the Wiltshire VCH Committee 2000 to 2006.
